1. Representing Nile Breweries Limited in a major negligence claim in the High Court of Uganda
2. Successfully representing a minority shareholder in the Court of Appeal in an investment disputes involving appropriation of mining rights in one of Uganda’s flagship industrialization projects. 
3. Successfully advised and represented a minority shareholder in a dispute involving a leading cosmetics manufacturer in an arbitration conducted under the Rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
4. Successfully acted for a local construction and technical services company in a dispute with the government emanating from construction of health facilities in Western Uganda. 
5. Acting for an equity investor in a leading hotel and hospitality services provider in an arbitration under the Centre for Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions (CADER). 
6. Advised a diary producer on pre-arbitration procedures under a shareholder’s agreement in a USD30M dispute
7. Successfully opposed an application before the Commercial Court of Uganda seeking reference to arbitration of a shareholder dispute involving a major refined sugar producer. 
8. Advising and representing an oil services sub-contractor with an EPC contractor in a breach of contract dispute under the Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Tribunal.
