He creates a one-stop shopping model for Insolvency Practice comprised in Liquidation, Receivership, Restructuring with an interest and niche in Corporate Rescue. Our clients’ complete debt recovery needs are therefore well catered for in as much as Henry has variously acted for an extensive range of clients recovering sums due to them in a timely and cost efficient manner, providing excellent credit risk management consultancy whilst bearing in mind the fundamental importance of maintaining clients’ healthy cash flow.

Henry also an Environmental Practioner is duly certified and licenced by the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) to conduct and carry out Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Audits (EA) and/or to coordinate the conduct of EIA and EA respectively, in the Republic of Uganda. He periodically offers legal and environmental consultancy of development consortiums that have a bearing on the natural environment.
